1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Stabby Tattoo & Piercing (“Stabby”, “we”, “us”) and any client (“you”) who books or receives services. By booking an appointment — whether via this website, phone, or direct message — you agree to these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, including the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Contract Law (General Part), 5733-1973.
2. Services
Stabby provides professional tattoo and body-piercing services by appointment only from a private studio on Dizengoff Street, Tel Aviv.
- All designs, styles, and pricing are agreed upon before the session begins.
- We reserve the right to decline any request that we consider unsafe, unethical, or outside our artistic scope.
- Finished results may differ slightly from reference images due to individual skin type, placement, and healing.
3. Age Requirements
Under Israeli law (Public Health Regulations — Tattooing and Piercing, 5772-2012):
- Tattooing is permitted only for clients aged 18 years and over. No exceptions.
- Body piercing for clients under 18 requires written parental or guardian consent and the presence of a parent or guardian at the time of the procedure.
- Valid photo ID must be presented at every appointment.
4. Bookings & Deposits
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit (where applicable) and written confirmation from Stabby.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the appointment.
- Deposits are deducted from the total session price.
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings that do not meet our studio policy requirements.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled once without forfeiting the deposit.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, or no-shows, result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- If Stabby must cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be fully refunded or the appointment rescheduled at your preference.
6. Health & Safety
Your health and safety are our highest priority. You are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin conditions that may affect the procedure.
- Do not attend your appointment if you are unwell, sunburned on the area to be worked on, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Stabby operates in full compliance with Israeli Ministry of Health regulations for tattooing and piercing establishments.
- All equipment is single-use sterile or professionally sterilised between clients.
7. Aftercare
Aftercare instructions will be provided at the end of every appointment. Following these instructions is essential for proper healing. Stabby is not liable for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare guidance or from pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed prior to the procedure.
8. Intellectual Property
All custom designs created by Stabby remain the intellectual property of the artist and may be shared on social media and portfolio platforms. You may share images of your own tattoo or piercing freely. You may not reproduce or resell the design without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Israeli law, Stabby’s liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa. We encourage you to contact us first at Rotemkobtattoos@gmail.com to resolve any issue informally.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
